2 cups quick oats (regular oats work)
½ cup wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients together, add:
2 ½ cups buttermilk
¼ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
I like to mix them up the night before and let them sit over night in the refridge.
